Default Yoga and Zumba

Please tell me whether yoga classes and Zumba classes are available anywhere in TV.

I am also curious as to where I can find the best gym in the area or at TV.

Thank you

I'm partial to MVP. It's not free, but it's very good and has yoga, Zumba and many other classes at two locations.

All classes are listed in the recreation news which comes out every Thursday. Also you have look at the class schedules every day in the Lifestyle section of The Daily Sun. There are lots and lots of yoga and Zuma in The Villages.

There are great yoga classes at the MVP gym in Brownwood. I have been practicing yoga for about 18 years and was thrilled to have such wonderful teachers.

There has not been Zumba at the Brownwood MVP for over a month even though it is on their schedule. First health club I have belonged to that cannot deliver a class that they advertise. Very disappointed.
