Default Rental Agreement Please

Hello TOTV, I am in need of a Rental Agreement as I have just purchased and have posted an add on TV4R... I have already got some responses and now am in need of a Rental Agreement for our new house so we can rent until we are ready to make "The Big Move"... thanks in advance...

Staples, or Office Depot etc has the general one. Check it out, Covers almost everything in a General lease. Saves a lot of money. I would check it out before i hired an attorney. Some are even on line forms. Hope it works out for you.
