Default NEWS about All Seasons lawn service?

Is anyone aware of what happened to this company? Their phone voice mailboxes are full. No return response when emailing them.Very frustrated as we have contracts with them.

Full mailboxes seem to a serious problem with many landscapers. Eventually, they'll call. Maybe.

There's another thread called (I think) Trouble with Contractor that will answer your question on this.

I just got a call from someone claiming to be a former employee, indicating they have gone out of business. Don't know if it is true yet.

Julio, All Seasons has gone out of business. A friend who also used All Seasons was contacted by an employee of All Seasons and asked to cut her grass. He said All Seasons has gone out of business and owes his employees at least three weeks pay. I have contacted Crimes Against Seniors and plan to file a complaint with them. I spoke with Crimes Against Seniors yesterday and thus far they have 13 complaints against Julio. I hope they are successful because contacting the police and filing a civil complaint can run into the thousands.

It seems to me that these businesses know Senior vs Crime, although a noble idea, is toothless in helping get back theft of services money. We are helping in a neighbors case vs Aristicrete who actually word for word was " its a civil matter" taking a check made out to Aristicrete, endorsed by Aristicrete, and deposited into Aristicrete bank account. They count on us being sheep. They are wrong.

I know that this has been beaten to death, but apparently not everybody is on board. NEVER pay in advance of the rendering of a service. At least don't pay any more than you can afford to lose.

You know with absolute certainty that these outfits are not prepaying their labor. They live off of your prepayments and at some point, if they cannot keep getting new prepaid customers, they logically will default on payroll, taxes, etc.

Ponzi Scheme...Lawnzi Scheme

That is good enough reason not to pay lancapers a year in advance. A lot of companys start up , provide services and go away . Look for established company's with a track record and always check them out with the BBB. Why pay someone in advance for services they have not provided?

How did you go about getting a refund? When I last called them, all their mail boxes were full. I reported them to Seniors vs. Crime, but haven't heard anything yet.
