Does anyone know the brand of garage door opener being installed in new Villages homes? I'm curious about what additional accessories are available, such as, external keypads and key chain type remotes.

The external keypads are a nice feature when one wants to be out in the yard or going for a walk. A key chain size remote would be nice for a golf cart.

They are RoMac MVP 1/2 horsepower. I have an external keypad but I had to buy it from RoMac because generic ones don't work. IMHO they are not real good quality. I had to have two repairs so far. Also there seems to be a problem with operating them from certain locations in my driveway.
