Read in the Sun a couple of weeks ago that a computer club takes these donations. I just don't remember which one.

Name and phone #s are in the Thursday rec news. Look under Computer Club. They will be happy to take your old machines plus ink cartridges. They are cleaned and recycled to schools, etc.
