Default Looking for a good Dermatologist

My wife and I went to see Dr. Michael Freeman and Dr. David Kosiorek office and could get in with Dr Kosiorek pretty quick. However i would not recommend him at all. He was 35 minutes late seeing us and didnt apologize. We were there for a full body scan as we both have moles. His comment was the best preventive medicine is too remove anything that looks like dsyplastic nevi (an atypical mole) regardless. He wanted to remove 25 off my wife and 24 off me!! Fortunately our insurance only allows 6 a visit. We both saw our dermatologist in Ohio who said those look fine lets just keep an eye on them.
I am all being proactive but it really seemed he saw it was a quick way to bill for alot of removals. These are a pain to take care of once removed. I understand the seriousness of them as i have had melanoma before (my wife has not) but want a dermatologist that will use his expertise to watch you not just remove everything he can! So please be aware and also i am looking for a new office to go to that will talk to you, observe you on a regular basis and not just jump to start putting scars all over your body! Thanks
