Default Sunday Restaurant

our son will be in Orlando on a business trip. He will fly in Sunday and drive up here to visit. Where would be a nice restaurant to take him for dinner?

I agree with Mudder. All those are good. If you want to go outside of The Villages check traveladvisor.com They've never steered me wrong.

If the weather co-operates I would suggest outside at The Lighthouse. Just seems so Villages to me.

We have a forum for restaurants in this site. Look through that and you might find something that peaks your interest.

Sumter Landing probably has the nicest view, from some restaurants on the water. But, I also agree with Mudder, and probably in that order.

Evans prairie outside...lovely, feels unurban.
Varied menu, delicously made, fiendly staff..water view..heaters on patio.
Inside can be noisy when busy.

Also Cattle Baron. Sit outside on the balcony for a drink and people watching, then inside for dinner.

That's my vote too. Wait it out to be outside if you have too. I enjoy their shrimp and grits and my friend says they have the best lobster around.
