Default Honda Pressure washer

I've scoured the yellow pages looking for a business that works on small engines,I have a Honda power washer that needs some attention.
Can anyone make a suggestion? A business or TV resident that can find their way around a small motor.

I had a honda engine and made the mistake of leaving the gas in it for 6 months when I wasn't using it and it wouldn't start until I took the carb apart and cleaned all of the components with solvent to remove the buildup. Needless to say never did that again I ran it dry after that before storage and never had any more problems.

This is a VERY common problem these days with the gas formulations available.

Best advice is to NOT leave gas in small engines, outboards, etc.. An additional problem is the ethanol which attacks certain engine parts. When done with the engine run out or drain the gas. "Stabil" additive can help in some cases but if there is no gas in the engine, you won;t have the problem.

Sorry, I can't offer a local repair solution for you.

I've always used STA-BIL in gas when storing or not using equipment for a while (up to 2 years) and never had a starting problem.
