Default Gardenia nook upgrade project

We just finished the installation of a window seat in the nook area of our Gardenia. This was a custom project that used cabinets matching the original kitchen cabinets, matching granite counter tops, and matching backsplash, installed by Style in Tile of Wildwood, Dan Dyer 352-399-2640 or cell 610-496-7320. I installed all of the cabinets and the window seat.

There is a before and after picture. As a you it your self project, it was well under $2000.

OP, looks very nice. Our previous breakfast nook faced the street and we really enjoyed the view of our neighborhood. This is, in my opinion, one of the pluses of the Gardenia model.

Your remodel looks great! Those "nooks" are such versatile spaces. It's always fun to see a creative, beautiful use of that space!!
Well done!!

All,

Thank you for your comments. This was a fun project that my wife suggested, and I expanded on. We thought the expanded use of the matching kitchen cabinets would be a great addition to our house. I would be glad to share my sketches, etc., to anyone that wants to do something similar send me a PM.
