We had the same experience here. We live in Orange Blossom Gardens and our entire roof shook as well as windows. We didn't hear any booms, just the noise of our shaking roof and windows. We moved here from N. California and it reminded us of a small earthquake. BTW, ours is a site built home and is very sturdy.

I am over in Country Club Hills and there was a loud boom here about 10 minutes ago. It was very different than the ones I hear when they do the bombing in Ocala. Before the boom my front door rattled and I thought someone was trying to open the door. Then we had a very loud explosion. It was a little unsettling.

Have heard it in Hadley also. Presume it is the Navy using the Pine Castle bombing range in the Ocala national forest.

We live in De LaVista, on the preserve, heard a couple loud booms and the whole house and windows shook.

Heard it here in Mira Mesa. There was a least four booms one right after another. It shooked the house and rattled the windows. Sounded different than the bombing over in the forest. Was very odd sounding booms. I was on the phone and the person I was talking to was in Tennessee and heard it over the phone. Said did you guys just have a earthquake or a house blow up said nope probably a bombing run in the forest.

It could be the earth below your sod collapsing. You are about to have a massive sink hole miles wide.

Shook the house. Could it be a sonic boom?

Cool

Today's paper said it was the US Navy firing "something" about 150 miles offshore in the Gulf of Mexico...

Heard one large boom, whole house shook, dogs scrambled, thought for sure we had an earthquake. I would say a 3 on the Richter Scale...
