A man I knew casually named Larry Stewart started the Secret Santa program in KC several years ago. He gave hundreds to people who looked like they needed it, and he wasn't identified until about six years ago when he was about to die. Though he is gone he has a few elfs, such as the man in the red hat in the video, that have continued the tradition. Very Cool!
