Default My second shot Euplexxa..

Off for my second shot of Euplexxa tomorrow, the first shot did not seem to do much. I am told some times it takes all three treatments before you get any relief from OA knee pain.

Getting my 3rd Euflexa on Wed. Is this what you're getting? It does take the full round of 3 for me to feel better. Hope they work for you also. Good luck.

Yes that's the stuff- apologies for the spelling. Hey can I ask what were you symptoms like before any injections? Sounds like they worked for you in the past. How well did it work?

Many thanks

Ray, I get shots every 6 months and have been for several years. When I am at the end of my 6 months I start having pain in my knee and difficulty walking. I can feel my knee grinding as it bends, if I can bend it at all. The difference it makes getting the shots means the difference between not being able to walk and walking without discomfort (even though it's not for long distances like I used to). I am very happy with these shots. Before I started getting treatments for arthritis (including cirrhotics in my shoes) I was actually using a scooter to get around if I needed to walk more than a few feet at a time. I don't use one now. Huge improvement. I hope you see that kind of improvement also. Good luck to you. I'm going to continue as long as insurance pays and as long as it continues to provide some kind of relief of symptoms.

lovsthosbigdogs....Thanks for sharing... I still work and after an hour or more sitting at the desk I struggle to stand and once up I am a little bent over for the first few steps. And yes I avoid long walks as I really have a hard time bending my knees...

It's hard to believe this past June i claimed Diamond head in Hawaii..

Good luck Birdawg - please let me know how the medication works for you.
