Default Arfed and dangerous

We've all heard the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. But it seems there are angles that bromide may not cover.

This is too much:
Kosizek explains the evidence and testimonies from witnesses point to an accident and not an intent to harm.

The man might lose his arm. All from careless gun handling.

I do not know about Montana but most states have a requirement that say rifles must be unloaded when being transported in a car.

I'm sorry the man was injured and might lose his arm but the concept that there might have been an intent to harm is pretty funny. The dog was mad cause he had to go to the back seat and knew he'd get in trouble for biting?

Without knowing more I would not say it could not happen, however being familiar with fire arms and knowing what it would take to make it fire, I remain suspicious of the explanation given.
