I have looked at this document before and still can't make sense of it. When it refers to water usage is it speaking to potable, non-potable or both? The numbers they show for current rates don't match my last bill. For perspective, I am in Sabal Chase and am serviced by No Sumter Utility, SWFWMD. My last bill (low usage) was 3210 gal potable for 5.26 = $1.64 per 1,000 gal Potable water base charge 7.65 Sewer base = 11.04; sewer usage 12.71 4390 gal irrigation = $1.18 per 1,000 gal; irrigation base charge 5.20

I have no idea...there was a thread about irrigation water bills and everyoine was focusing on that. I just happen to run across this but your right..the number do not jive with my bills either..even the base water rate. Maybe someone will go to the public hearing on friday (may 16th) and educate us. |
