Default New Keys Courtyard Villas

I was on "Welcome to the Villages" and saw that some of the Keys Courtyard Villas are down in the 150's.

Now if we can just get this house ready to sell.

And don't be surprised when you're there in person and the agent tells you "Today you can have it for this price". It may also be considerably less.

Keep the faith. We've sold, bought in Villages of Hadley, now have another to sell and only then will we become residents too. It'll all happen real fast I'm afraid. Marvin Gay had a song years ago. Started out "Lets get it on".

Does anyone know if this exists:

A 1500 sq. ft. CYV with
Golf course frontage and
a decent size pool & cage (or room for same)

If so - about how much?

I know that a sales rep would know but i was looking for personal experience.

We're going to be down looking, Memorial Day week. We've very interested in the CYV's. Hope our salesman says there's a "special price today." We may just buy now, being the prices are so good. Won't be moving permanently til next Spring.

Russ,

You've described what our friend Kathie has been looking for.

For 1500 sq ft, it'll be a 3 BR house; Golf front, with a pool or lot big enough for one and that size will run you about $320-$350K....depends on whether it's brand new, recently new, or 10 years old. These houses peaked out at about $380K during the heyday, but, have come down since then. Be forewarned, there are not many to choose from...3BR CYV with a golf view.

For brand new, you might get a spa, but, doubt the builder is putting in many pools. They are just starting on some new stucco CYVs overlooking Havana golf course (hemingway neighborhood)....they are probabaly at least a month away from starting to market these for sale.
