I put an item for sale on Items For Sale last night and when I got up this morning it said sold, however I haven't been contacted by a one who has bought it. I guess they just hit the Buy button and assumed I knew who bought it? I don't want to sell it out from under someone so what should I do???

Hello, did you set up with PayPal so a person would have to pay you if they click the buy it now?

That happened to me recently. I put a Combination TV, VCR, DVD on this website and I got a lot of inquiries, then it suddenly came up sold. The ad was then automatically taken off Panjo. The person that supposedly bought it never came through, although I later sold it to someone else. It left my in a awkward position. I didn't know if the first person was just delayed in calling me and still wanted it, so I didn't know if I should go ahead and sell it to the next person. I waited awhile...then sold it to the second person.

yes, this is why I am not so crazy about the Panjo website for selling items in The Villages. I liked it better when it was only seen by TOTV people. I understand that the items for sale are seen by a larger audience, but your problem is not unusual. I would rather deal directly with the buyer.

Email the seller. You are probably the reason it is showing up sold.

It's not sold until you get paid for the item. Same this happened to me a while ago.

It might not be actually sold until you pay for something, but Panjo deletes it from it's website and marks it as sold as soon as someone presses the sold button.
