Default El Santiago Restaurant

Took my son to El Santiago Restaurant for the all you can eat white fish for $9.95. Got seated right away but then we sat forever. I was ready to get up and find the hostess to get us a server when the chef asked if there was a problem. Told him we were not being waited on. He took our drink and dinner order. The hostess came over all upset because she had forgotten to tell the server she had customers and the server was in the kitchen making salads. Then we had all kinds of service. The fish was REALLY good. All you can eat is not my thing because I can't eat much but my son took care of my leftovers. If you go to El Santiago be sure to meet the Chef. He is a friendly and jovial person. AND the White Fish was very good--fried but not a bit greasy. The french fries were hot and the cole slaw very good.
