No, but you might try the university of florida vet school. Full time er and daily small animal clinics that cost less than a local vet, one hour drive.

Took our Yellow Nape to Dr. Tina Merritt of the Animal Clinic of Lady Lake for the first time a couple of days ago. The bird was very sick (no idea why?) and although a little pricey, I had a bird that was just about back to normal after only one day. I understand that she is the only really qualified avian vet in the area. Good luck.
