Default Home Warrenty

Notice that on the pre-owned homes many are for sale that state they have never been lived in. My question is "is the warrenty from the builder transferable fror the existing owner to the new buyer if the house is under one year old"?

Thanks,
Frank R.

FrankR...

I'm pretty sure that the answer to your question is yes. The warranty is on the home, not the homeowner. You can call the warranty dept at 352-753-6222 to get an official answer.
