Default Anyone live in a Cabot Cove patio villa?

We are closing on our new Cabot Cove villa at the end of this month. I have a gift certificate from a local hardware store and would like to use it to buy cabinet door knobs here and bring with me to install after closing. I can't tell from the pictures that my sales rep sent me how many knobs I would need.

So if any of you live in a Cabot Cove could you tell me how many door/drawer knobs I would need for the kitchen as well as each bath?

Thanks,
Carol

In my kitchen there are 3 drawers and 18 cabinet doors, in the guest bath there are 2 doors, in the master bath 2 drawers and 3 doors.

THANK YOU!!! I just knew someone here could help me out. Did you add knobs to your doors or do you find them easy to open without?

Mine are naked too. However, I think putting pulls and knobs on are a good idea.

My hubby comes back down next Thursday for a few days...think I've found a job for him...LOL.

Installed my own after purchasing some nice bright gold ones that went well with the light oak cabinets at Wally World

Naked drawers DickY. . . . I'm surprised at you !! My Cabot Cove has "fully dressed" drawers and cabinets and, if my recollection is correct, matches the number you gave.

DickY, shame on you !!! p.s. Nice seeing you at the Truman Rec. Center July 4th.

We hadn't even thought of kitchen and washroom cabinet/drawer handles until we actually got into our home in TV and realized that it came with these knobs, whereas our friends' otherwise similar home two houses away did not. That was when we realized that there are a litany of options available in homes that we were unaware of. Slightly off topic, but what other items are (surprisingly) options that one would have assumed that a home would automatically come with?

We had fans but no blinds. We had a stainless steel sink and white > appliances. We had the perfect location and vinyl siding. We had great golf courses, great clubs, beautiful pools and people who said there were snakes, rats and gators. (Have yet to see THEM) :dontknow:

We have TOTV and we are stuck up here NORTH until the 24th of this month when we come down for 14 days and then we have to return. My husband has Jury duty and a sales meeting. >

But we are coming down soon. OH I am so happy!

I thought it interesting that my contract had an attachment that listed so many details. Like the appliances, lights, fans, blinds, etc. I haven't actually been in this villa yet but my DH has. My contract says that a shower rod is included but he didn't see one. Do you actually think one is included? I was ready to buy one but saw this listed so I'm waiting. Won't need it for the initial visit anyway since the master bath has a shower door. Also he told me the blinds were plantation blinds. Really? That would be a nice surprise. I was expecting the $5 Wal-Mart specials.

Hoosier: Don't be surprised when you do come down and see your new home. Shower rods and misc., are probably hidden in a closet or something.

When we finally moved down from Indiana, we found closet shelves and a shower rod tucked away inside of a closet on the farthest side of the house from where they were supposed to be.

Go figure!

Hoosier. The shower rod was in a closet. We bought a new "silver" one thinking we didn't have one. The one that they gave us was very basic. Everything was there on the list but we were missing sink plugs, which were supplied to us in ten minutes when the builder walked through with us. I am very pleased with the developer. I suspect there is a little difference in builders who work for the developer...but I am not sure of that. Some people complain. We found nothing to complain about.
