It was standing room only at the CDD4 meeting today to hear Gary Moyer describe the new courtyard villas to be built in Marion County, according to the on-line news.

Besides the basics, number of villas and location, the one interesting point was that the 'recreation centers' will be a pool at the mailboxes, one for each village.
