Our landline is out and I called Brighthouse. They said they have massive outages throughout Florida, GA and some other states. They have no information as to why or when it will be fixed.

Last evening we didn't have the CBS affiliate from the news on. We have Prism....never heard what was going on!!

Double on the lucky.....same outage here, same result from talking to BH. Phone rings, caller ID works including on the TV, can get voice mail but can't connect to incoming or outgoing calls.

We are in Lake Deaton and Bright House is working fine.

Nope, just said that their entire network was down. Although it seems some of the posters on here have phones that work so not sure what is going on.
