Question Location of golf cart

We don't have room in the garage for our two cars and golf cart. Not enough property to add a golf cart garage. Is putting a golf cart on a concrete pad behind the patio permitted? Our house is an At Ease model cottage.

Why don't you ask ARC? I haven't seen any around like that so I am guessing, NOT.

You may have to get rid of a vehicle like a lot of us have done or move..

You have a concrete pad in front of your home. It's called a driveway. Why not use that?

Default don't know for sure if it's allowed, but

Someone in a nearby neighborhood does that - either on a concrete pad or a rock area in front of the house. Doesn't look great, IMO.

I would think it would also deteriorate (paint finish and snubbers) faster in the Florida sun all year long, all day.

No Problem, park it anywhere you want (lawn, driveway, patio, etc). If anyone complains tell them they are lucky that you don't have a golf cart grave yard with the confederate flag flying like a few individuals over in the historic district (dueling banjos playing in the background).

On a serious note; Have you considered getting rid of a car or moving to a bigger place? I wish they had 4 car garages on the 2 bedroom homes and 6 car garages on the 3 bedroom homes. No basements = no place to store the stuff we are never going to use...

Did you know you can park a smart car and a golf cart on one side of the garage?

There is one just as you described on Mt. Crogan Pl., Village of Mallory Square.

Why not leave one of the cars in the driveway. I think that's what most people do in your situation.

I leave one of my cars out and one car and two carts in the garage. Have never had a problem. however because of the strong sun here. I switch cars every week so one is not outside all the time.
