Default SimpliSafe Security System

I want to install a SimpliSafe security system in a Begonia model home.

If anyone has done this, which package did you use and did you add any components to complete your system.

Thanks!!

I installed it in an Iris in about 20 minutes. I bought the Classic Package. Since then I have added 2 entry sensors, additional motion sensor, glass breakage sensor and the smoke alarm. Very simple to install and operate. Monitoring is optional. I have the $25/mo monitoring mainly because of the smart phone app and text alerts. I also have a second FOB so I don't have to carry the one with the USB for setting up the system.

I installed the system about 6 weeks ago in a Camilia with a similar floor plan to yours. I went with the package that gave me the components I wanted then added extra door/window sensors, a keypad and siren. Basically sensored all my windows and entry doors. We have acrylic windows in the porch so I use a motion dector to cover those but also sensored the exit door. All components can be mounted with the 3M mounting tape ( allows removal without damage) provided. If you need to move or reposition a component they supply extra tape. You can customize the entry and exit times for your system. For my purposes we enter and exit through the garage, so I mounted one of 3 keypads in the garage. There is NO DELAY on entering the house this way. I did not want an intruder to have 30+seconds after breaking in an entry door before the alarm would sound. I added the extra siren to be sure the intruder would be certain he has been detected. With the sirens and motion detector lights (not with the security system) I feel confident an intruder will leave immediately after dection. Your choice as to have the system monitored or not. Great customer service to help with any questions. If you have additional questions send me a PM with your email or phone and I would be happy to assist.
