I think the resident is going to remove and replace, or relocate the trees. However, if you look at google map, it looks like any relocation along the lake is going to infringe on someone else's view. Not to mention, that it looks like there are at least another half dozen houses on the pond that could request the same action. Should be interesting to watch this unfold.

Personally I would think about the importance of having those trees to look at when the drainage basin is empty and bone dry for a majority of months annually.

I was stunned to read that a homeowner was given permission to cut down healthy trees so that said homeowner could have a better view. Does anyone know how to get the minutes of that meeting? I would love to see the reasoning behind it.

I shouldn't comment either but isn't Ashland in the area where they vote???? Because of the lawsuit? The area where homeowners can elect people to run things? So glad The Morses are in charge of my area.
