Did anyone else notice the new community "Golden ?" they are building on Rainey Trail (472) that is not TV nor Lakeside Landings? What kind of homes are they building?

From a City of Wildwood report: Grand Oaks Manor - The property is generally located north of C-472 and on the east side of NE 42nd Blvd. It is a Planned Development with approval for a 400 unit single family detached residential subdivision with amenities and related improvements.

And still the county refuses to put in a red light at the intersection at 301. How are all of the drivers going to keep their sanity. This increased traffic will definitely cause some problems.

I would ALWAYS rather it be The Villages building nearby.
