Okay, where are the dachshund owners? I know there are some of you out there because we have corresponded before. The 2016 photo calendar contest is going on. There are several entries already, but only 1 representing The Villages. Last year's contest was a huge success. All photos will appear in the calendar. You have the option of choosing a particular date, if it is still available.

Starting July 1 the voting begins. Remember all photos appear in the calendar, but the top 12 vote receivers win the 12 coveted spots in the calendar....representing the 12 months of the year.

The contest is being put on by Florida Dachshund Rescue. This is to raise funds to help them continue doing the wonderful work that they do.
