Jan, I love politics and political discussions but even I quit hitting the political forum here. It can just get too ugly! So, stay out. It's much kinder in the rest of the world.

The best change you could make to TOTV would be to somehow on the sidebar topic list identify which ones are political.* Highlight it in yellow or red or some type of identifier.* I try very hard to not open any political topic and then a topic will show up that sounds like something else and I open it by mistake.* AHHHHHHH, Make it easier for us to avoid it.*
