Default Missing: Gray and White cat, around Silver Lake

Hello All,

Our beloved cat Leela has, unfortunately, gone missing. She was able to escape out of the lanai because someone opened the screen door and didn't close it properly.

She is a seven year old cat who is declawed. She recently had surgery on her ear to remove a tumor.

She has been missing since approximately 3:30 pm on Saturday June 27th.

We live in Silver Lake, up near the golf course. Right off of East Schwartz. If you have seen her, or have any information, please PM me here. Thank you very much for any help!

A can of oil packed tuna fish worked for us when our Torie escaped out the patio door! We put out a can of tuna at every entrance to our condo.

We were visiting our condo on St. Augustine Beach over the Christmas holidays. Torie had never been there before and everything was closed for Christmas. She showed up at our front door several days later. That was almost nine years ago and she is still scared of loud noises and doesn't like to go outside like she used too!

Good luck in finding your baby.

Hope your kitty comes home soon. I have two cats and if one or both got loose I would be devastated. Keep thinking positive thoughts.

If you hand out flyers at the postal station with Leela's picture, your neighbors will look for her also.
Best of luck to you, I hope Leela comes home soon.

Thank you for the well wishes folks. I am quite relieved to report that Leela found her way back home all by herself this evening.

Yeah! Great mews. (Pun intended - but still wonderful news)

Good news. She probably never wanted to be far from the people she owns!
