There she is!, trying to manifest! That swirl dance of dense fog that came across Rolling Acres Rd. the night Donna and I went was so much like this, bright, dense, and no Where ELSE within 25 miles!!! Great example of Julia trying to manifest into a full apperition. but its so difficult to gather so much energy! Julia is trying to send a message.
