Default MLS Realtor recommendation

Hi future neighbors!

I'm planning my house hunting trip there soon. I already know that there are 2 "markets". One is the Villages listings as represented by their staff. But there are also homes on the regular Multiple Listing Service.....separate from the Villages listings. It only makes sense to explore homes in both markets. I already have a rep from TV, so now I'm looking to find a really great MLS realtor. I'm seeking references/recommendations from you folks......who have been so very helpful in the past.

Thanks again!!

Try Lyle Grant. He posts on this site. Look at Real Estate section first post.

Don't buy on your first trip.

You can't go wrong with Hope Wilson, 352-446-6396 - she is with Remax and has lived in the villages, very knowledgeable.

I compared lots of realtor's websites and decided to follow Villages mls real estate with Lyle Gant because of all the info he provides on it! Followed since before he became an advertiser here! He's that good!

Default Tammy Freilich at ERA

Tammy would be an excellent choice given her overall knowledge of TV coupled with her experience/track record. You can reach her at (352) 414-8473.

Scott Hubbard was extremely helpful for us. His website is ScottInTheVillages.com. He is also with Grizzard.
Have you chosen your Villages rep? They are not all equal! Use someone with a lot of experience. We recommend Addam Roma.

Thanks! Yes, I have found a TV realtor, Chris Day. I used TOTV to get recommendations and he was highly recommended. You folks are awesome to help us incoming newbies! Can't wait to get there.
