Default MLS Site? - One That Is Easy To Search???

First of all, I must confess that I have not worked too hard at searching MLS sites. If a site is not easy to search, I give up fast.

I have found a site that, for me, has way too much information and I lose interest before I get very far because I cannot find the name of the village right away. While I am sure most find said site really helpful because of all the stuff to look through, I find the search requirements to be cumbersome. But I am just a cut-to-the-chase type when it comes to what I want in user-friendly.

On the other hand, there are the sites that are not complete enough. I think this happens sometimes when an individual realtor starts an individual site with good intentions, but does not keep up with the site, leaving it to look rather skimpy or abandoned.

I have to wonder how many potential clients end up defaulting to that really easy to use TV site because some MLS sites are not working for them.

We have a house already, but sometimes I like to see what's going on with TV real estate and would like to find an easy way to search the MLS listings.

Yes. I know. Some of you probably think I am just plain lazy and/or have the attention span of a gnat, but please, any suggestions?

Zillow.com You can see what is for sale, rent or has sold in a given area. Easy to use. If you want to know what's going on right around you, put in your address and then switch to the area map. You can also put in a zip code or a name of a town and then either expand the area or target in on a specific area. Of course, it won't show what The Village's has for sale since they are not on MLS. Have fun!!!!!

Thank you, Phanatic Luvr, for reminding me about Zillow. I don't know why I did not think of that, especially considering that I just finished reading Zillow Talk.
