Seems like whomever is responsible for your weeding and trimming should be cleaning out the donuts as well. If you can't get them to do it, give Larry Hart a call. 904-860-0674. Buy a do-nut hole cutter at Ace Hdwe. for about $20 and DIY? Very simple to do.
