What do you think about Donald Trump and gun control?

Everyone has a right to their opinion. I'll keep my guns in case I need them. I also respect those that fear guns, as long as they don't infringe on my constitutional right to own guns. I don't plan on voting for Trump in the primary but if he is the Republican nominee in the general, I will vote for him over Billary. I'm more interested in Kasich right now. I've been listening to what he has had to say for a couple of years now. Kind of hard to disagree with the guy.

Trump is right about the liberals' distortion of the term "assault weapon." According to liberal definition, a baseball bat is considered an "assault weapon." An AR-15 is not an assault weapon, but a fully automatic M-16 is. Besides, does the second amendment, in itself preclude assault weapons? The purpose of it was to allow citizens protection against gov tyranny. Decent folks could own a cannon without being a threat. A criminal is dangerous with a pencil. Liberals kill more people in a month by abortion than all the murders by guns in a year combined. I had to throw that in.
