I am having difficulty in following this entire Clinton thing with her email server and the security.
No links from me on this one...just asking... Clinton used a private server which appears to have not been secure when she was secretary of state. She said she destroyed anything that was classified. The Justice Department and FBI are investigating a number of emails that are actually classified even though the Clintons claim...it was NOT classified when she got it or when she may have sent it. I think that is the defense...they are once again parsing every word. Here is my question.... Would not a smart lady who is now Secy of State think that perhaps messages and emails she was sending might rise to classified during the events happening ? Would not her staff, and we are finding they all do not have the same clearance, have access to secure documents ? The fact that she used this server and they found whatever they have found....does it not calculate that there could have been a number of security breaches as a result of this behavior ? Since the WH admits they were taken back by this discovery and even Dem straights felt it was strange....... My questions are not on the technical aspects but is just this... DOES THIS NOT SHOW VERY POOR JUDGEMENT ? DOES THIS NOT REFLECT TOTAL DISREGARD FOR NATIONAL SECURITY ? THE WHITE HOUSE DID NOT KNOW.....HOW RESPONSIBLE CAN SOMEONE BE TO KEEP THE WHITE HOUSE IN THE DARK ? Just curious how others see it and especially those who seem to think she did nothing wrong. |

You think using a personal system behind the back of the President (which is true) is using good judgement ? You think that using this personal computer system do to the classified work of the Secy of State which has been deemed by the Justice Dept and FBI as not secure is good judgement ? You think that using this personal server and then saying to the country...trust me which is what happened is good judgement ? I sure want you to make no decision on my behalf. And by the way, and I can repeat them...NOTHING I READ was from FOX NEWS...not one thing....gee, it has been all over the news...what is it that you watch that is not covering this story ? I will give you this...you sure have total and complete dedication to your political party if you find this is using good judgement |

If this turns out to be nothing, people are going to scream that it was a cover up. People here are already doing that. When I say people, I mean Republicans.
How did this come up? It was the fifth Benghazi congressional hearing. Trey Gowdy with his slip of the tongue calling it a prosecution. When you talk about good judgment, are you talking about leaking classified documents, or her judgment in thinking Republicans won't use everything and anything real or imaginary to bring Clinton down? |

This question never gets answered but here goes again;
Is it OK with you Clinton supporters that she broke the law and used her own server as secretary of state....when she knew she was not supposed....keeping all her emails from the government? Very simple yes or no will suffice! |

Hillary Clinton was on the staff that went after Richard Nixon. Hillary and Bill have been investigated more times by authorities than a Mafia don during their reign from Arkansas to the White House. Since 2007 to 2014 Clintons have amassed $139 million dollars. Was Hillary's use of personal e-mail a lack of judgment NO. It was a strategic move to operate under cover because she is well acquainted with special committees assigned to investigate wrong doings and she did not want any dirt to kick up in her face because she knew she was going to make a second run for president and because she had/has to protect the selling of political favors to fund her run via Clinton Charitable Foundation To your second question if anyone believes she operated this private server with no one knowing well there is this bridge in Brooklyn. Of course Obama and probably most of Washington knew what she did. But politics does funny things to politicians just like mobsters...think for instance Benghazi you don't think both Obama and Hillary are deep in this controversey. You don't think they both have enough dirt on one another to take the other down but its leverage to get one to act for the other. You know Washington is like the story they tell about typical New York City. A guy has a flat tire. He pulls off to the side of the road. he walks to the back of his car to get a spare tire and jack. He hears some noise goes to the front of his car and sees a guy pulling his radio out of the dash. He says "what do you think your doing?" The guy looks back at him and says "you take what you want and I'll take what I want." That's Washington This use of a personal server issue is so that Hillary could operate with impunity and since most of Washington is crooked they just blink and deflate There is a Latin phrase "Res Ipsa Loquitur" the thing speaks for itself. Once the public found out Hillary used a personal server it set the predictable in motion. she destroyed countless e-mails and those she submitted were closely scrutinized by her loyal staff. If you have nothing to hide why do you destroy possible evidence. Why do you think Brady tossed his cell phone in water upon hearing it was to be submitted as evidence in the deflate issue? Can anyone really believe that the Secretary of State would not send and receive classified information? Hillary wells knows how legal prosecution progress and she covered her tracks as best she could and Obama played his same game of "I don't know" because you never know like the mob guys say if there is a rat in your organization and all mob guys hate rats. If he distances himself he won't get pulled in this scandal. How do you receive e-mails that clearly label who there from and not know they came from her personal server. Every person who sent or received e-mail to and from Hillary had to know it was a personal server. And we haven't even talked about the intelligence community in Washington who monitor everything Hillary committed unlawful acts but like all of the political class except those few they will circle the wagons but you never know when the ax will fall on. you Hillary is the most untrustworthy politician I know except for Obama well then there Holder, Rangel Schummer Reid, Pelosi........... It came up because the Justice Department began an investigation. It came up because the FBI had questions. AND ON AND ON. Everything bad that happens to Hillary Clinton or anything bad that happens to Democrats is not the fault of right wing Conservatives. UNLESS, for example, you think the right wing hired Monica Lewinsky and the myriad of women. |

FOX under the influence of the right wing GOP made Hilary break the law. It's a conspiracy, just like how they made it up that she was (not) shot at, and her husband had an affair. As a matter of fact, they must have paid Lewinsky to "not" have sex with Bill. It's all a FOX and Republican conspiracy. Even though she admitted to using a non-gov server for her gov work. Even though she knew it was wrong. It's those pesky republicans and FOX that made this stuff up.
Does this not make folks think, just a little bit about how serious it is to elect a person that blatantly disregards rules and laws? Someone that has total disregard for national security? What kind of mind set do these die hard liberals have to have to back such a poor choice to represent the Democrat party? But, by all means elect your first woman president. You didn't vet your choice for first black president and look at what we have. And you wonder why we have no respect for your continued poor choices? Thank goodness this election will be settled by the Independent voters. Someone has to be the parents in this family. |

Why she did this is very clear. She did not want her e-mails to become public or be accessed by other people within the Government. The issue of whether classified material was or could become compromised may have been of little concern to her. As a public servant, we should have access to her e-mails via FOIA. Essentially she decided the rules didn't apply to her.If what she did is not illegal then it should be. She is completely untrustworthy. Anyone considering voting for her might want to consider her lack of character.

I agree with most posters on here that I could not imagine voting for someone for the highest office of the land who is that careless and/or untrustworthy. Even if I had intended to vote for her in the first place, that would be the final straw.
Interestingly, I was just on a 3-day getaway with a bunch of women and when talk of Hillary came up, the resounding opinion was the same. Maybe 4+ years ago, some would have voted for her but after her stint as SOS, all said that they would never vote for her now. It seems that those who did not realize, or were in denial of who she really is, have now reached an epiphany. We can only hope that this extrapolates to the masses and that our country will be saved from the likes of Hillary as President. |
