Looks as though she may have her butt in a sling. She'll get out of it. Jail time would be good though

She is in a hole of untrustwortiness and dishonesty with only a matter of depth not known.
At some point the die hardship and partisan radicals will abandone her for someone who can represent their party and win.... And maybe respect. She is significantly less worthy today than when the party dumped her in 2008. It is only a matter of time before the flock wises up.......AGAIN! |

Hilary is going to start a new fashion trend in the White House. Orange jumpsuit. As you know, Orange is the new black.

Most political crooks never get indicted, just ask Judge Napolitano from Fox news.

![]() "Clinton's use of a private email server, followed by deletion of information and transfer to her lawyer of a thumb drive containing unexplored data engages in several criminal issues and is one of plain common sense." "It is a misdemeanor punishable by a year of imprisonment to keep documents or material containing classified information....at an unauthorized location. Note that it is the information that is protected; and doesn't turn on whether or not the information or material bears a classified marking." "...the law relating to public records generally makes it a felony for anyone having custody of a record or thing that is deposited with...public officer to remove or destroy it"...Emails are records and the secretary of state is a public officer and by statute their custodian". "the Espionage Act defines as punishable up to 10 years the grossly negligent loss or negligent loss or destruction of information relating to defense". The highest step....of criminal penalties 20 years ..by anyone who destroys "any records, documents or tangible objects...with intent to impede , obstruct, or influence the proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States... "Mrs Clinton herself, in a now famous email, cautioned State Department employees not to conduct official business on personal email accounts "Once you assume a public office, your communications about anything having to do with your job are not your personal business or property. They are the public's business and the public's property and are to be treated no differently from communications of like sensitivity". "That something so obvious could have eluded Mrs. Clinton raises questions about her suitability both from the office she held and the office she seeks." Michael Mukasey US Attorney General (2007-2009) P.S. This should not be a party issue irrespective of party there has been a serious breach here and the rule of law should prevail. When reading this article Benghazi, IRS scandals, Edward Snowden and Pvt Bergdahl came to mind. The political class may believe impeding investigation etc is normal operating procedure but we the people will suffer fools. speak up right is right wrong is wrong Personal Best Regards: Personal Best Regrds: |

Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey also called for President Obama to be impeached. No partisanship there, whatsoever. Notice that he served from 2007 until the end of the Bush administration, one of the worst periods in this country's history.

This is the first time in my long life that I look forward to the memoirs and exposes that are written when this administration leaves office. President Obama, however is one of the slickest and astute politicians I have ever seen. Problem is we need politicians to get elected but then we hope, perhaps unfairly, they turn into statesman. Most try and this one did not even try. |

It was obvious based on Obama background and relationships what we were in for but the progressives liked that he was black. It fit there world view and they ignored his background. Even Thomas Sowell warned of this by saying "yes vote for a black man but not this black man". In a previous post I shared comments by Attorney General Mukasey as to the illegality of Clinton's personal email server and actions following its discovery. One poster pooh poohed Mukasey" comments and characterized me as a Tea party member( alinsky tactic). This poster attacked Mukasey but never address the factual information concerning the laws, rules and common sense applied to information being received, sent and held by a public official...a classic progressive tactic. Hillary should go to jail and anyone supporting her is complicit in her unlawful acts and ignorance of the rules of law can not be a legitimate pleading. Citizens have an obligation to know how their government is suppose to operates (think civic classes). We are a democracy and this Administration made a mockery of it. Perhaps I am being too harsh but the Republican Party disappointed me because they too often were cowards when they should have taken Obama to task . A democracy is a very fragile state of being and past history has demonstrated how quickly it can be snatched from people. I am surprised that there isn't more outrage concerning the actions taken by Obama, Kerry and Clinton Personal Best Regards: |
