Robbie was an abused dachshund. He was confiscated. His owner arrested. Florida Dachshund Rescue stepped up and took him in. It was thought he had a broken leg, but turns out he had 3 bad discs in his back. They took him to a specialist and he had surgery. Now they are trying to raise funds to pay for that surgery. You can read more at the link below. There is also a video of how he walked prior to surgery. Why do people mistreat their pets? I'll never understand. I hope some of you will consider showing Robbie that not all humans are bad by forgoing your daily Starbucks or lunch out and helping Robbie instead.
