Did Jeb Bush, when governor of Florida, sign a new state law allowing. Sewage Treatment Facilities to dump effluent into the aquifer supplying drinking water to Florida residents? State Senator Alan Hays , district 11, said there was a facility west of Gainesville dumping it's effluent into the aquifer!
