Default SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM

I am new at renting my home out and do not wish to develop the rental agreement form from scratch. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to share their form with me?

Thanks

Ramrod,

Do a google search for short term rental agreement florida and you will have a bunch of returns. Weather or not they are copywrited is another issue, however. Probably best to buy one at Office Depot/Max, Staples etc.

Good luck with the landlord thing!

Let me know what you think of it.

See ya,

Make sure you contact your insurance agency and get the proper insurance. A homeowner's policy will not cover if you have renters in your home.
