Are all Villas the same size?

there are 3 bedroom villas that are bigger,

all of the 2 bedroom villas (whether patio, or the frame or CBS courtyard) seem to be approx 1150-1200 square feet, though they do offer several different floor layouts within each type.

There are also 1 bedroom villas but I think only resales. Also 2 bedroom 1 bath. there are several different styles/sizes.

There are 3 different kinds of villa: Patio, Keys and Savannah. Both the Keys and Savannah are "Courtyard" villas, meaning they have a fenced in area on one side and in back. The Patio and Keys villas are frame, and the Savannah villas are concrete. The Savannah has a Grantham model that is over 1600 sq ft. The smallest is around 1100 sq ft. Lots of options in between.
