Dear Guest: Thank you . As a further thought I personally find the practice of "schadenfreude" a sign of weakness and I find it loathsome. The make believe agenda submitted by this poster demonstrates flawed and distorted thinking by progressives but the author of that 2015 article lowered himself/herself by using that manner of expression.

I suspect the poster found it to be amusing and wanted to share it with others. I wager s/he has misgivings now. We all have been in a situation or two or three that we wish we could have walked back something we said or did but we human are very fallible, unlike Donald Trump. I try and remember to direct my opinions to the subject matter and not the person and have unintentional missed that mark.

On the positive side, perhaps we can utilize this agenda as talking points for the various political positions this progressive agenda underscores.

For example I am for medicinal marijuana but the fact remains that legislation in the various states is using medicinal marijuana as a basis to get legislation past but does anyone doubt that in the background greedy profiteers are wanting in the wings?

Personally, I enjoyed the read. If you can't laugh once in a while then what's the point? Life is too short for constant seriousness, or Democrats (not relative at all). Obama's administration has hosed up our country so much, if we don't laugh, we will have to cry.

I think this posting points out the problem with the GUEST name use on this forum.

First, it is very difficult to be humorous online when discussing what should be serious subjects. As everyone is aware, you lose the entire context of what is being said.

BUT, without the GUEST name, everyone would know who posted it. While that might not be something desired by the poster, all readers would at least know the poster and could have better "handled" the intent.

But, gotta be honest. I would be very offended had that post been aimed at the Republican party. I am not a humorous guy much but sure try to stay away from it on here because it is so many times misunderstood.

I am a moderate Democrat but thought that was funny. It should not be hard to tell that this was borrowed from another source. Almost everything on here like this is lifted from somewhere. It should be quoted but does not seem to be a big deal.

Actually the real lesson is this ... the post, while humorous, has many grains of truth. And the Left simply cannot stand the truth nor much less being laughed at. Hence the retreat into distractions, ad hominems and phony issues.

The post is funny because liberals are (unintentionally) hilarious in their stupidity and anti-American tendencies.
