I have seen several posts indicating that the resident is less than 55. One mentions that she is 34 and her spouse is 53. I thought TV was restricted to 55 and older.

I am 34....you must be 19 to legally live here....at least 80% of owners in the Villages must be 55+.....or something like that....
FUMAR....Muncle....I NEED YOU.....and your might powers..... :bow: :bow: :bow: ![]() I KNOW we have had this conversation on another thread somewhere....can you help this friend out by explaining the rules and finding the other thread.... Hope this wil help you jinker! PS....I am more than likely the only 30 year old living here....however there a few folks in their 40's....and a few "young" folks living with mom and dad while going to college.... thanks!

The 80/20 rule is correct. And no one under 19 (no exceptions to this to my knowledge).
You DO NOT have to be 55 to rent or go on a preview visit. I have done it plus we have an e-mail from 2 different TV agents indicating this. I plan on renting for a short period next year as well. (I'm 51 my wife is 49). |

i had my house built and moved into it when i was 51. no problems.
