Default Someone to move a few things

We need three garage freestanding cabinets, a ladder and a workbench moved from a house in Poinciana to a house in Buttonwood on 10/31. Can help with loading and unloading, but just don't have a truck. Any recommendations on who to hire to move the items?

You can rent a pick up truck from Home Depot for a very reasonable price. Call to see when the truck is available. It is by the hour.

Also you could call Albert at Go to Guys but I think he has a $60 minimum but you could check. Here is his number 352-874-4689,

It stings when we get to the point we can't lift and move things like we used to, but we all have to face the reality that we will have to pay for what we cannot do for ourselves. I haven't used them, but have heard good things about The Villages Movers on this forum.

Thanks. Just booked Go To Guys for $100. Worth it to save the back!

I have always been happy with Albert and his crew. He moved 2 large garage cabinets for us and our hot tub and did a great job both times. He also gave us a very reasonable quote to move our entire household but we ended up not moving. Thanks for following up with who you ended up using.

Default Go-to-Guys are GREAT!

Just wanted to give kudos to Albert at Go-to-Guys. We had him move a Credenza from Hadley to Amelia for us last Saturday and they were awesome! If anyone else is looking for a reliable mover, he is your guy! Fast, on time and courteous!
