I live in a Villa and several years ago had my driveway coated. A Comcast repairman slipped and fell several weeks ago and is suing me. The insurance lawyer wants to know what was used to paint the driveway. It wasn't a company per se, just two people doing the job and I can't find any paperwork. Can I get suggestions on how to find out was used? All comments welcome.

You may be able to get an opinion from some of the local driveway coating companies, but they are probably not going to be suitable for a lawsuit. A chemical analysis company ($$$) will probably be able to figure out what your driveway is coated with.
If you are being sued, do you have an attorney? If so, he should be doing this.
While hindsight is 20/20, I have seen several posts about slippery driveways, after being painted, this is probably especially true if HOUSE paint or similar was used.
I coated by garage floor with a product from Sherwin Williams and added a product called shark skin that gives a non-slip finish.

Just an observation: I don't have a working knowledge of Florida Workers Comp statutes, but in many (most?) states WC is the sole and exclusive remedy for employees who are hurt on the job. That's one reason we make sure we hire workers with legitimate WC coverage. I would take a step back here and have your homeowners attorney make sure you even have exposure under Florida WC guidelines. This just doesn't sound right.

I would be sure and tell Comcast. Are they free agents? I would think that slipping on driveways would be covered by his employer.

The previous 2 posters made VERY GOOD points, make sure this is on the up and up, the more I think about these last 2 comments, this almost sounds like the auto bump fake accidents.

I often to my clients to always use a product called "Shark Grip" when they add any coating on their driveways and garage floors. A bottle costs less than $10.
Adding a cup per gallon of coating works well as an anti-slip additive. You can buy it at any of the "Big Box" home improvement stores.
I know this does not help the original poster, but hopefully it will help someone in the future.
