Try channel 24, this is listed as the weather channel. Do you have an old listing?

Ours is on. Likely not accurate forecast, but the channel is there.

Thanks, but I'm not looking for TWC. I'm looking for Comcast channel 99. It is a Village channel that was/is carried by ComCast.

I just checked, and 99 is a working channel (my bad), and it was on. I did not look at the forecast, sorry about the previous comment, I was looking at an OLD listing, OOPS!!

Did you input 99 and push ok? Works for me. 99 is weather scan with music channel 2 is village news channel. Some times you have to reset the Comcast computer by unplugging it waiting 15 or so seconds then restart it when you remote stops working?
