I'm not a Hastert fan, but it wasn't "public money" it was his own funds. He was out of office when he did this.

My sincere apologies, I should have known better.

Actually, I think he robbed a bank to get the money but the government is covering it up since Hastert has a certified copy of Obama's Kenyan birth certificate and is threatening to release it.

Well, at least he will have some company when Hillary joins him.

Since it seems to be of significance to some few as to what party those in prison, going to prison or deserving to go but haven't maybe we could demand a count.

I wonder how much is Hilary spending to stay out of jail? Although, with her it's not wrong until it's wrong. Now that she has admitted to being a socialist convert, she has a whole new group of backers, so she may get away with her felonies.

Hastert broke the law and will have to pay the piper (one that isn't on the pay-off).
Hilary broke the law and blames it on the Republicans, so I guess they will have to pay the piper for her misdeeds.

That is correct but he came into a very large sum of money while doing the "people's work". If something should be investigated it is that. If he did abused a child, although it doesn't make it right, it sounds like the victim was well compensated.
