Default Way to go 8

I again commend district 8 for standing together to get what they wanted and not someone else's whim. Standing together stopped wasteful spending of money not needed to be thrown away. To all the residents of other districts dont forget what you can do if you stay involved. And to the district supervisors you are there to do for the people in your district not what you want. Get involved in your district folks this shows what you can do collectively.Read the article in the on line newspaper today.

I did just read it . AM GLAD that the people spoke. THEY WERE MAD too. I thought about going to the meeting but decided against it since I am still a little insecure driving with just one eye fixed. Pleased to read that democracy is still alive.

I am a witness. The district 8 supervisors have the skill of the Federal Government. They demonstrated at the meeting they had no idea what they voted on at the last meeting. This was documented when the minutes from the last meeting were read aloud. That's a fact and you can take it to the bank. It was also said 3 of the supervisors were past officers of the POA.

Who was the engineering company that designed the Lake Sumter bridge? That is going to need mega cash to repair, is this the same engineering firm that says side stripes on multi model trails are not needed for safety
,this is just a question for anyone who has real facts.

You are confusing several different issues.

The bridge was designed by a structural engineer. That bridge sits on the sometimes not sound underlying stuff that causes ground to be unstable that would be evaluated by a geological engineer.

The large municipal and urban engineering firm only does studies on traffic and roads and cart paths and their safety.

This thread is about the three guys elected by the folks in District 8 who apparently did what they damn well pleased and that didn't please the folks in district 8.

No resume, no experience is required to represent the people. The only requirement is the most votes or no opposing candidate.
