There is an excellent article in the current POA bulletin regarding golf carts. It covers a lot of asked questions on this forum. It includes liability, insurance, and the various schemes that some have tried to skirt the issue of including a cart in a rental home.

The article was written by an insurance agent so she would have the full scoop on coverage or not being covered.

I liked the idea of an owner "selling" the cart for $1 to the renter and buying it back for $1 at the end of the lease. People try everything, don't they?
