Hilary is an old fool with no knowledge of current events or what is happening to folks at a lower class level than the one where she resides. She has her nose so far in the air that she has a permanent assistant that runs around her with an umbrella so that she doesn't drown when it rains.

And given her demonstrated dis-like/dis-respect of the military she could care less about the VA....unless there is a potential vote. Then she would just lie and promise anything to get that vote.
