I would have put this in the title but it would not take...
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Get a look at what America is becoming. LIVE UPDATES: Campus Crazies on 'Million Student March' No such thing as working hard and earning your way to a college degree. Not these freeloaders. They want it to be a right to a college education. The dumbbing down and stupifying of America is moving at a faster rate than I thought. I suppose next they will want to do away with the grading system which of course could be viewed, these days, as a discrimination. Then they will march as graduates demanding they have a right to a decent job. Where does the incentive exist anymore to achieve. To move ahead of the pack. To be recognized as better than the rest. Let us hope this million is nothing more than the radical million out of millions more that are WORKING THEIR WAY THROUGH COLLEGE. Remember that old concept. When demonstrations show they can get a college president to cave in and resign why not get them to open the safe as well. Give them another beer and tell them to suck it up or hit the road; there is no free luch. Just who the hell do these million dummies think is going to pay for it. |

Another side of this discussion....
"With average student debt levels rising to astronomical highs, making college affordable has become an increasingly complex challenge. President Obama thinks so, too, as can be seen by his recent proposal for free community college. Yet according to a study from NerdScholar, around $2.9 billion of federal grant money was left unclaimed after high school seniors eligible for Pell Grants — which don’t have be paid back — neglected to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in the last academic year." WHY you might ask.... "Many believe the problem is a time-consuming and often confusing application process that includes more than 100 questions." $2.9 billion unused federal grant awards in last academic year | USA TODAY College The amount of questions is actually 108, and clear up those questions but how bad to you want to attend college ???? |
